Wash your face Geoffrey, with the Solvol, Geoffrey. Snapped this grubby-faced pelican on the Gold Coast. Queensland, Australia.
A week ago, I decided to focus on the Butcher Bird and not the moon. It’s easier – and I have been told it’s best to keep it simple. The bird is only two metres from my lens while the moon is three hundred and eighty five thousand kilometres away (give or take a few). Gold Coast, Australia.
This is a Harlequin Stink Bug I snapped on a leaf over the road from where I live on the Gold Coast. I wish I had a Nikon macro lens with me at the time. At times, when the bugs are hassled, they let rip with some type of gas they can stay on you until you have a bath. Real bad small. I escaped. Queensland, Australia.
Snapped this young lady emerging from the surf after a paddle on the Gold Coast Spit doing a few household chores. Queensland, Australia.
Reflections of some very expensive boats I snapped from an outside restaurant at night at Marina Mirage Shopping Centre. Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. It was suggested I should being using a tripod, but as I never ever use one or do I own one, I just clicked away. Too easy.
Early morning light is nice, and so is the light late afternoon especially when you can find the right subject. You beauty. Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
‘Enlighten me’, I yelled early morning on the Gold Coast. And the sun did just that and it also added a few wonderful clouds to enhance the beauty. Hooray for Mother Nature. So I snapped a few pictures and went home for a cup of tea. Queensland, Australia.
Had a really wonderful day at Sea World yesterday on the Gold Coast and managed to be on the spot to snap a face-off between a Polar Bear and a Cormorant. Guess who won? Queensland, Australia.
Early morning, a few days ago, I think I photographed the first Christmas tree of the year on the Gold Coast. Yep, I bet I did. You little beauty. I snapped this at the lagoon before sun-up on the Broadwater at Labrador, Gold Coast, Australia. Hooray, and happy Christmas to all.
Hey, you, the lovely lady with the tattoo, quick, turn around, take a look behind you! I snapped this image on the Gold Coast Broadwater, Queensland, Australia.
