A silhouette I snapped at sunrise on the Badung Strait in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. Say hooray for the fishermen.
Worker off to an early start on the beach at Koh Samui in Thailand this morning. Another day, I decided to help the dear little lady I buy grilled chicken from every second day, carry her supplies to her position on the beach. I near broke two arm sockets and a knee joint. Strewth it was bloody heavy.
Silhouetted against the red sunrise a few mornings ago, I spotted this Sea Eagle and decided to take a snap using my 600mm lens. Shortly after I’d pointed and focused my camera, the birdie took flight. It was out of sight in less than 30 seconds. Surprisingly, it is reasonably sharp. Gold Coast, Australia.

Have a look at this little child enjoying the beach on the fabulous Gold Coast. Queensland, Australia.
A silhouette I snapped of a backlit pelican roosting on a post in the afternoon sun on the Gold Coast. If it continues to sit in the sun all day, it will end up looking like a roast on a post. Hooray. Queensland, Australia.
Waiting for the computer shop to open this morning in Scarborough Street on the Gold Coast, Australia, when I spotted this crane operator silhouetted in his cabin in the clouds. I suppose it gets pretty lonely up there. Thought it was worth a snap so I clicked on the 300mm lens. Hooray.
The magic silhouette of a fisherman I snapped this wonderful morning in the Gold Coast Broadwater. Queensland, Australia.
Pesky gulls resting on a messy sailcloth sun cover late afternoon on the wonderful Gold Coast Broadwater. Queensland, Australia.
