At low tide early morning there is so much beauty that surrounds us. Snapped this picture over the week-end on the Gold Coast Broadwater. Hooray. Queensland, Australia.
I see beauty and sadness in everyone. And you can see that in this candid portrait I snapped on the streets of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia.
Penguins swim fast when they are on the hunt for krill in Antarctica. They dive deep and suddenly leap out of the water, take a breath and plop back in again. As I did, most people on the National Geographic Explorer tried to snap one or two of them out of the water. I concentrated a lot over a few days to try and snapped as many as I could in one picture. I was pleased with this. Two shots – one out of focus and this one which is only slightly out of focus. On that day the water was a rich blue. Amazing. Hooray. Look at the cute little bastards go.
Presenting more beauty I snapped of Antarctic Peninsular aboard the National Geographic Explorer. What a sight. It’s wonderful.
In the Antarctic Peninsular, even though there is no nightfall, the late afternoon light at times is a thing of beauty and a joy that will forever stay in my mind. Hooray.
If you suddenly wake up on the National Geographic Explorer in the Antarctic Peninsular in sub-zero temperatures, and you pop your head through the curtain to see what is happening with the weather, make sure you don’t rush outside in your undies (underwear) to take a picture as I did. But when you haven’t got time to get dressed you have no choice. Yah, but what a sight it was. You beauty!
The Christmas beauty of Federation Square last night in the City of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. You beauty! Yah. Count the light and the stars.
Hooray, hooray for the Gold Coast sunrise you little beauty ripper. Queensland, Australia.
More beauty of the Gold Coast Spit, a picture I snapped in the early morning misty light. Yes, that’s Surfers (Sin City) Paradise in the background. Hey, ho. Yah, go the full screen and enjoy the view. Queensland, Australia. Love it.
More beauty I snapped early morning at the beach on the fabulous Gold Coast. Worth getting out of bed for something like this. Queensland, Australia.
