Hooray for the full moon and the swinging palms on the Gold Coast, Australia.
I was standing at the end of the Sydney Opera House just looking about – when all of a sudden I heard a squawk and this gull took flight from the water. I managed to snap off one frame before it was gone. Much to my amazement, the picture was sharp and clear. (New South Wales, Sydney, Australia).
The ripples in the water on the Gold Coast in the early morning light made my picture look much better. Thank you ripples. Queensland, Australia.
Yes, she has a banana, she had a banana today. If this young lass hadn’t dropped the banana, the monkey would have dropped her shorts. I snapped this “spur of the moment picture” in the Sacred Monkey Forest in Ubud, Bali. I was on the lookout for pictures, and yes, it is another lucky picture. (Indonesia).
I was at Cleveland a few days ago waiting for the ferry to take me over to Stradbroke Island, when I spotted this child sneaking beside this brightly coloured bus. Yep, it was a game called hide and seek. Worth a picture. Queensland, Australia.
I’m still experimenting with my new GoPro, so on the way back from Stradbroke Island a few days ago, I leaned over the side of the water taxi and knocked off a few frames. This is one that wasn’t too bad. I may crack a top snap one day if I read the instruction manual. Then I’ll start on a few movies. Queensland, Australia.
A colourful reflection I snapped in the window of a shop in New York City. And I love pink. Very pretty.
Snapped these wonderful water lilies early morning in beautiful Bali, Indonesia.
Pop on your sunglasses – it’s a wonderful sunrise on the fabulous Gold Coast. Hey, ho. Queensland, Australia.
A tight image of a pelican and its reflection I snapped in the crystal clear water on the Gold Coast. Yippee. Queensland, Australia.
