The feet of a homeless man who each night sleeps among the trees on the sand right beside the Broadwater on the Gold Coast. Of course this is not right, and my heart goes out to him. However, there are some people who prefer to sleep outdoors in such a way. And there are some who have no choice. I know this man, and he loves the great outdoors. I have seen people offer him food, blankets or clothes. Queensland, Australia.
Most times it is a long wait for a decent wave on the Gold Coast. However, at times the ‘Goldy’ has some of the best waves in the world. Snapped this at sunrise. Hooray. Queensland, Australia.
I know a man who wears eight rings, so I snapped a picture. I’m not sure if they are wedding rings – but I doubt it. He also had a band-aid of some sort around a finger. How wonderful. Brisbane, Australia.
Walking the woofer along the streets of Grafton in New South Wales. Woof, woof. Australia.
There’s a track winding back toward the Scenic Rim about 100 kilometres west of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and immediately south of Cunninghams Gap. Hooray, I snapped this at sunrise. Queensland, Australia.
Handstand on Legian Beach in wonderful Bali, Indonesia.
Row, row, row your boat quickly down the river. Snapped this on the mighty Clarence River in Grafton, New South Wales, Australia. Hooray.
Storm clouds forming over the Gold Coast nearly engulfing these two pelicans. Queensland, Australia.
This vista put a spring in my step the other morning on the wonderful Gold Coast. It was bold, beautiful and in my face. Yippee. Queensland, Australia.
Have you ever looked longingly at the cute little ripples that lap the shoreline. Well, so do I, and here it is. I could have laid on the sand and snapped it, but I couldn’t be bothered. Hooray for the ripple. Queensland, Australia.
