Penguins swim fast when they are on the hunt for krill in Antarctica. They dive deep and suddenly leap out of the water, take a breath and plop back in again. As I did, most people on the National Geographic Explorer tried to snap one or two of them out of the water. I concentrated a lot over a few days to try and snapped as many as I could in one picture. I was pleased with this. Two shots – one out of focus and this one which is only slightly out of focus. On that day the water was a rich blue. Amazing. Hooray. Look at the cute little bastards go.
