Ships In The Street

While in Alaska I snapped the main street of the wonderful frontier town of Skagway. In the 1800s it was the main gateway to the gold fields. On the day I was in Skagway four cruise ships were docked in and around the town. Imagine how many gold coins were boosting the local economy on that day. 013_9636-1
