Beach Bunnies

“Thank your mother for the rabbits” was popularly attributed to the depression years when rabbits were welcome gifts  to skin and eat. They made a fine stew and fed a family well for many days. But, a few days ago, I could hardly believe my eyes when I snapped these two brightly coloured rabbits playing on the sand at Snapper Rocks. So, I ask, who do I thank for these wonderful rabbits? Bugs Bunny says to go the full scree and see what’s up Doc. Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.DSC_8868
